Who I am

A dedicated professional transitioning from enterprise operations and systems support into broader IT and software opportunities.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University. My background includes systems support, troubleshooting, inventory and asset workflows, ticket submission in a large-scale operational environments.

I also hold a cybersecurity certificate and continue developing skills in programming, databases, cloud tools, and software development. My goal is to combine my technical support experience with my education to grow into roles in IT, systems administration, technical support, business systems, or software development.
